Project Manager – Multi-family
Mechanical contractor is looking to hire Project Managers with GC experience related to the new construction and retrofit of HVAC and Plumbing systems.
Plan, organize and staff key field positions to support the Mechanical Construction Division of Company
Support, assist and mentor project managers and assistants in problem solving and document interpretation
Work closely with engineering, CAD and estimating department
Support and assist General Field Superintendent with their job specific responsibilities including although not limited to labor management and manpower forecasting
Perform project buy out of major materials, equipment, fixtures and rough in plumbing, piping, and sheet metal materials
