Civil Engineer Project Manager Jobs description
A civil engineer project manager is responsible for ensuring the project’s compliance with all corporate commercial practices and standards. He is responsible for preparing bid documents and its estimation and participates in tender approval. It is the responsibility of a civil engineer project manager to facilitate coordination of internal designers and external contractors for timely completion and submission of the project. The other functions of a civil engineer project manager include providing technical advice to his team, training developing graduate engineers, designers and drafters involved in his project, participating in the management of urban development unit, preparing specifications, approving and submitting accurate reports of the project, contract documentation and maintaining relations with clients as well as authorities.A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required for this position. A civil engineer project manager should possess thorough knowledge of construction principles and industry regulations and should hold rich experience in this domain
