The original Arch was for one family. The New and Proposed Arch is 4 units for 4 separate families
I have as built maps (version 2004, 2013, 2018 is uploaded in project files) with details in structural units and dimensions, Footing, structural units.
I have Revit model for general orientation, Footing structural model.
I have soil and concrete test results
I have construction licence. I know the building is strong and safe. Just need numbers for construction cost mainly.
I have all relevant Construction codes. The house in Saudi, So, I will provide English version of Saudi code 2018
You have to use relevant construction and loading programs
Expected outputs
Provide all relevant loads to establish building safety report in English according to Saudi Code 2018
Propose sound and heat insulation for walls and ceiling
Add 2 levels after I provide for you original structure DWG and new Arch--> This the ultimate goal
Study the weight of central water heater and overhead water tanks
Note:
I am the owner, my concern is quality and accuracy and making Financial decisions about construction
I can not provide more details than what the files already have.
I can not teach civil engineering or commonsense, Do not ask questions
I Do not welcome missing or inaccurate work submission
Time and cost for every step. Has to be clear from the beginning.

My goal is construction not presentation. Not interested in rendering or fancy images. however, your work should be visible in autodesk viewer and there should be numbers and product description I can follow to chose local brand and calculate cost from local market. In addition to construction maps. There are several software to be used, I do not care which one you chose. Just do not choose manual only or some odd software.
I do not need Arch, Interior Design, Project Manager, Drafter.. I already have assigned personal to do this. I am the solo manager and coordinator.
