Are you fanatical about fit out? Do you have a sparkling personality? Are you the type that keeps everyone on track?This could be the role for you. A leading Dublin based construction project management consultancy are looking to hire a Senior Construction Project Manager for a client facing role on a hybrid basis. They currently operate on a 3 days in the office 2 days work from home basis.
This could be the move you are looking for! The client is involved in a number of cut and carve fit out projects across Dublin with a number of high end clients. They need someone who will hit the ground running like a swashbuckling pirate with a saber.
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
Degree qualified in a relevant background such as Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Property Economics, Real Estate Management
Masters in a relevant area as an additional advantage but not an eliminating factor
8-10 years plus experience within client facing project management
Ideally has worked on construction projects in Ireland to date
Fit out experience within a client facing role is preferred
Expert knowledge of preconstruction stage and requirements
Familiar with building regulations in Ireland
Expert report writing skills
Superb negotiation skills
Established network of construction personnel in Ireland
Motivated and diligent
Excellent IT skills
Fluent English
Full EU Driving licence
