  Essential Duties:
Oversee the quality execution of assigned restoration or reconstruction projects, assuming responsibility for
successful outcomes and project profitability
Ensure all aspects of the projects are performed in a timely, professional, and consistent manner, including
production, buy out, change orders, permits, invoicing, warranty work, etc.
Expertly manage multiple projects simultaneously
Manage projects without extensive adjuster oversight through vigilant & proactive confirmation and
documentation of project progress
Lead, direct, train, and coach a versatile workforce of full-time, part-time, temporary, subcontractors and cross functional staff
Job Requirements:
3-5 years in the construction field or 1-2 years of Project Management Experience
Degree in Construction Management, preferred but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
Understanding of standard job costing and budgeting processes
