One of the nation's top ENR general contractors seeks a Drywall / Interiors Project Manager with a minimum of at least 5+ years of commercial Drywall / Interiors construction experience to join their self-perform and/or special projects and interiors teams. This individual will be ultimately responsible for the day to day cost analysis, risk and business management of multiple projects. Procurement and management will be of commercial projects within these core markets: Healthcare, Advanced Technology, Biopharmaceutical, Higher Education, and Corporate Office
. Project Managers will work closely with all team members and have that can-do and entrepreneurial attitude.
Management of all project team members (senior project engineer, Project engineers, Superintendents, and Field office coordinator)
Mentor and train project engineers for fast-paced growth development
100% Detailed/hands-on knowledge of Project Scope
Solid & capable of understanding of building processes and systems
Cost Control/Billings/Collections/Change Management/cash flows/Monthly Status Reports
Complete understanding of cost estimating, budgeting and forecasting
Key point of contact with Owner and Architect
Challenge & support jobsite and Self Performed Work team
Accountable for project completion and financials, Critical Success Factors, Customer Satisfaction Results
Coordinate and manage the execution of planning and scheduling of projects

Accountable for project completion and financials, Critical Success Factors, Customer Satisfaction Results.
Understanding of Owner Contracts in regards to self perform work.
Compile project turnover binders for all projects.
Review and process submittals and shop drawings.
Maintain project documents and distribute to project teams.
Participate in project job walks.
Review and assist the Superintendent in development of project schedules and 3 week schedules.
Assist with monthly hours and labor projections.

Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management software (Prolog or similar), Accounting cost management software (CMIC or similar), and Scheduling software (Primavera or similar).
5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager within Drywall / Interiors Construction.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering or related field (not required).
A strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude.
