Construction Manager - DAS
SAI is looking for a competent Construction Manager to coordinate operations and oversee DAS, ODAS, Small Cell and Carrier add construction. You will serve as the point of reference to all field workers and with the customers. You will be the key person for the completion of projects .
Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans.
Produce project schedules and monitor the progress to ensure completion and adhere to deadlines.
Allocate general and daily responsibilities to field workers.
Supervise all field work for quality and completion.
Ensure manpower and resources are adequate for an on-time job completion.
Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met.
Monitor expenditure to ensure the project remains within budget.
Assemble information and Produce closeout documentation.
Resolve problems when they arise.
Coordinate work with internal crews and or sub-contractors.
Work with estimating team to assist with competitive bidding.
Create material list and work with purchasing to acquire materials on-time that remain in the budget.
Provide weekly progress reports to your associated project manager.
Required Skills and Experience:
Solid background in the Wireless Communications / Construction field.
In-depth knowledge of DAS and ODAS systems is a plus
Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints, knowledge of DC wiring. Able to read fiber optic OTDR traces, sweep and PIM test results.
Spider Cloud Certified a Plus
Strong leadership and management experience with proven ability to direct the work of others and make quick decisions as well as communicate and report effectively.
Must be well-organized and favor safety above everything else.
