Candidate Must Have: - Managing phases of construction within a Life Sciences construction project - Ability to create and carry out a scope of work based on specific construction documents - Communication and management capabilities in coordination with sub contractors and clients JOB DESCRIPTION: This position is classified as Project Manager 1 or Project Manager 2 depending on the experience\/pay grade of the individual. In other words, how much responsibility can this person take on while running a project. The responsbilities of the PM1\/PM2 is to run a specific portion of one of their Life Science projects depending on which portion or phase of the project is scheduled for completion. Their responsibilities will include but are not limited to: -Bidding on scope of work -Submitting bid\/assisting in estimation -Creating scope of work for said bid -Processsing RFI's, Change Orders, Cost Analysis -Managing internal employees -Managing and coordinating with subs based on schedule -Reporting to Senior PM or Operations Manager -Meeting with end client for project updates Responsibilities vary based on individual project circumstance.
