We are looking for an exceptional Project Engineer to join us in one of our Bay Area offices.

What you'll be doing:

As a Project Engineer, you will be a key contributing member of project teams that are delivering planning and technical studies, program development services, designs, permitting services, and/or construction management services. In addition, you will direct the efforts of discipline and staff engineers, and will assist Project Managers and Principals with project management. You will work closely with Project Managers to prepare materials and presentations for client meetings, and attend these meetings as required.

This position can grow into increasing levels of responsibility leading teams to provide value-added solutions to water quality, water and wastewater infrastructure, watershed and other environmental issues that our water and industrial sector clients are facing.

If you are technically strong, have exceptional people and communication skills, are comfortable with a fast pace, and have a client-service perspective, you will thrive here. Kennedy/Jenks offers flexible work locations.

Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD and/or ESRI ArcGIS skills are beneficial. Travel to client offices, project sites, Kennedy/Jenks offices and/or industry meetings will be required.

What you'll need:

BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering or a related discipline; MS preferred

California PE, or EIT with ability to obtain a PE license within 2 years

4 or more years of relevant experience

Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
