Primary Job Functions:
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Ensure that all **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. policies are proactively implemented and supported including good housekeeping and ergonomics.
Ensures that all facility operations, maintenance and management activities of the electrical, mechanical, chemical, fire systems and Life Safety System equipment, etc. are inspected in accordance to preventive maintenance schedule are performed in a safe and efficient manner and comply with the company, client and Vietnam governments policies and requirements.
Investigates, documents, and recommends corrective action for all facility-related to LSS, Interruption To Production (ITP) and EHS incidents at site, share lessons learned to subordinates and track action required closure.
Assists EHS Site Manager, SIPP Coordinator and EHS Officer in the documentation of all LSS and EHS activities, procedures and instructions at site such as; job plans, test/calibration and inspections.
Promotes awareness of EHS among the team members. Assists in the development, implementation and sustenance of EHS awareness programs among employees and subcontractors.
Create LSS training plan and teach subordinates on how to execute proactively and timely LSS and Fire protection equipment and devices related to PM activities.
Conduct daily, weekly and monthly EHS review with the team management, team members and the customer/client.
Serves as EHS Officer or SIPP Coordinator in their absence.
Report work Six (6) days per week.
Assists, supports Intel in complying with statutory regulations company policies and procedures and adhere to company and customer standards.
Carry out any other instruction or any matters pertaining to Life Safety Support System and or Environmental Health and Safety at workplace or other job-related duties as assigned.
Support **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. for Local Marshal and FM Global if any in Site Fire Protection Plan Audit.
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics and Communications, Civil or Architectural disciplines or related field
3 years experience/ knowledge in the field installation of Fire protection system and or Fire alarm device installation
Knowledge in Quality Management System is an advantage
Excellent communication skills and courteous in providing customer service.
Good English communication skills both oral and written.
Able to work independently and adapt to a rapidly changing goals and priorities.
Able to multi-task and prioritize work Good leadership skill to manage a medium size team
Ability to organize and plan the work system, a good team player, with ability to analyze process and make recommendations for improvement.
Possesses skills in conducting accident investigations, program planning and implementation
Well-organized and able to keep and maintain good filing system of both hardcopy and softcopy.
Able to create concise activity report, root cause analysis improvement / recommendation and data trending.
Will sit and stand for long periods during the day.
Will walk, climb stairs and on equipment.
May reach above shoulder heights and below the waist
May stoop, kneel, bend, talk and hear.
May lift up to 50 lbs.
Required to use hands to lift, handle, carry or feel objects.
Ability to wear personal protective equipment is required (including but not limited to; steel toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, protective jacket or apron and arm guards)
May be required to wear a respirator at any given time and thus, the ability to wear a respirator is a condition of employment and continued employment.
