Go to for more information regarding our comprehensive benefits package \u00a0 **The salary listed for this position includes the Legislative approved general wage increase of 2% effective July 1, 2018** This position will: Help oversee Design-Build procurement processes and the development of project contract documents to ensure consistency Develop the value of the Technical Proposal relative to the estimated price; justify technical credits assigned to each section in the ITP Help evaluate SOQs and provide a recommendation of submitters shortlist Assist with assessing Technical Proposals and identification or the Apparent Best Value Design-Builder Work with project teams to determine Design-Build Contract risk allocation for recommendation to region management Manage, mentor, and develop staff within the Design-Build Procurement Team Other duties as assigned \u00a0 Successful candidates will have the following qualifications: Three (3) years of professional experience working with Design-build project contracts and proposals or three (3) years as a Transportation Engineer 3 or equivalent required Proficient knowledge and skillful application of project management practices Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or closely related field of study and\/or EIT certification preferred Proven ability to review engineering plans and specifications for compliance with established standards Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to write technical memorandums and reports Ability to work independently without direct supervision A valid driver's license is required \u00a0 Note:\u00a0 This position is covered by a union shop provision.
