is partnered with an civil engineering firm in the Indianapolis area that is in the process of searching for a Civil
to join their team. With recent growth and new projects on the horizon they want to find a driven individual that is excited about a growing company.
Civil Engineer Responsibilities
Perform Civil Design work using AutoCAD and/or other design software
Develop plans and drawings, primarily for residential and commercial land development projects
Assist with survey department functions such as field survey, plat preparation, topographic mapping and other survey functions
Research feasibility of alternative design approaches, site conditions, and regulatory agency specifications
Prepare construction drawings for land development, storm water, waster water, transportation, and water related projects
Perform code checks (local, state, and federal)
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
3-5 years experience working in a civil engineering role
Licensed Professional Engineer
Proven ability to lead and mentor an engineering staff
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Recognized skills in technical and client-related problem solving
What You Get
Base salary $60,000-$80,000 DOE
401k, Health, PTO
