Civil Designer Job Civil Engineering Designer needed for temp to direct position in the Asbury Park, NJ area!! The primary responsibility of the Civil Engineering Designer would be the design of land development (both commercial and residential) as well as some public works projects. This candidate must have working knowledge of land development approval process, including site grading, E&S and storm water management as well as proficiency in AutoCAD. EIT highly preferred.
