Prior experience with local transportation agencies and clients such as LA Metro, OCTA, SBCTA, Metrolink, local Cities and Counties is desirable.  The work required by the successful candidate is diverse and requires strong communication and management skills.n nRequired Skills & Required Experiencenn Bacheloru2019s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited 4-year engineering college n Masteru2019s degree in structural engineering is preferredn Possession of a California PE license is requiredn 10-15 years of experience in bridge and retaining wall projectsn Experience designing transportation projects to Caltrans and local agency standards is preferredn Familiar with AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specifications with Caltrans Amendmentsn Proficiency using CADD (AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred)n Proficient in MS Office (WORD and EXCEL)n Strong verbal and written communication skillsn Strong leadership skills and desire to deliver the highest quality projects to our clientsnn n nDonu2019t meet every single requirement?
