We are open to hiring for remote work in any location, but candidates who are local to Dublin, OH would be able to work in our office and/or remote.As a Civil Engineer, you are responsible for ensuring the complete production of site civil engineering construction documents for various client projects. You will design engineering elements and provide direction and technical guidance to other team members on the preparation of civil engineering construction documents, specifications, and details. You will coordinate with team members in other engineering disciplines to work on various stages of client projects. This role requires significant exercise of judgment on details and in making preliminary selection and adaptations of engineering alternatives. In this position, you will be expected to train, assist and provide directions and instructions within your team to produce a complete set of construction documents for projects. You will assist in facilitating the team to meet established timeframes and ensure the total project deliverable exceeds the expectations of our clients.Preferred Experience:Bachelor\u2019s degree in Civil EngineeringPrior project experience in Civil EngineeringProficient in Land Development Desktop or Civil 3DProfessional Engineer (PE) registration or EIT certification is a plusEnthusiasm and passion for creative problem solvingProfessionalism in collaborating with team members across multiple disciplinesStrong verbal and written communication skillsWhat matters to our associates matters to us.
