Profile

Design hydraulic structures using various hydraulic and CAD software including HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS and AUTOCAD Civil 3D. Prepare engineering, environmental and survey reports, and cost estimates for hydraulic projects. Provide technical advice for floodwall and levee designing. Check Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) standards regarding National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) rules and regulations for processing Letter of Map Change (LOMC). Prepare public reports such as bid proposals and property and right-of-way descriptions. Prepare environmental impact assessment of construction projects.
Requirements
Master's in Civil Engineering minimum 6 months experience as Civil Engineer, Project Engineer, Civil Drafter or related.
