The Project Manager plans, directs and coordinates activities ofmultiple project teams to ensure that goals and objectives of the project\/s areaccomplished on time, implemented at or below the estimated cost, and billed ina timely fashion throughout the duration of the project\/s. Responsibilitiesinclude: 1) Manages resources by planning, scheduling andforecasting manpower and resource requirements 2) Coordinates project in accordance with contractdocuments and approved sales estimate 3) Manages all document control for projects,including but not limited to RFI's, meeting minutes, punch lists, transmittallog, submittal log, change order log and issues log 4) Prepares project billing revenue forecasts andschedules of values 5) Review all estimates and change orders foraccuracy and approve all team project submittals 6) Accountable for financial management on allassigned projects 7) Prepares installation subcontractor biddingdocuments and helps negotiates subcontractswith the Pre-Con Team 8) Obtain, organize and maintain all project contractdocuments in accordance with Schneider Electric quality policy 9) Prepares and updates project schedule and costestimates 10) Prepares and delivers final project documentation to thecustomer and collect payment 11) Signature level authority as indicated by theAuthorization Level Document ProfitableProject Execution \u25cf Ensure assigned projects are completed to Company & Customerexpectations (on time, under budget, fulfill scope) \u25cf Maintain Net $0 GM variance on assigned project portfolio \u25cf Ensure all projects are at or below working capital goal forbranch\/region \u25cf Solicit, manage and secure change orders for any\/all scopedeviation and schedule changes (time extension, schedule compression anddelays) at or above booked margin. \u25cf Work with the management team to make sureyour project team is utilizing our standard project tools as efficiently aspossible.
